Argentina vs. Bolivia in World Cup qualifying: Lionel Messi sits out 3-0 win

Indeed, believe it or not. Lionel Messi missed Argentina’s 3-0 win over Bolivia in World Cup qualifying on Tuesday, September 13, 2023. He was given a rest by mentor Lionel Scaloni in the wake of playing 12 sequential counterparts for MLS’ Bury Miami prior to flying abroad.

Messi has been playing constant since the finish of the European season in May. He assisted Argentina with winning the Copa America in July, and afterward played in the Olympics for Argentina, where they won the silver award. He then, at that point, joined Entomb Miami in July and has played 12 counterparts for the club up to this point.

Scaloni said that he needed to give Messi a rest to ensure he is completely fit until the end of the World Cup qualifying effort. Argentina is at present top of the passing table, and they have two more matches to play in September.

In Messi’s nonattendance, Argentina was as yet ready to get a familiar success over Bolivia. Enzo Fernandez scored the main objective in the 33rd moment, and Nicolas Tagliafico added a second objective in the 42nd moment. Nicolas Gonzalez scored the third objective in the 83rd moment.

Messi is supposed to get back to the Argentina group for their next match against Peru on September 20.
